New shares issued in Konecranes' share issue without payment registered in the Finnish Trade Register

 

A total of 158,443,812 new shares issued in the share issue without payment (share split) decided upon in Konecranes Plc's Annual General Meeting on 26 March 2026 have been registered today in the Finnish Trade Register. In the share issue without payment, new shares are issued to the shareholders without payment in proportion to their holdings so that two (2) additional new shares are issued for each existing share. In addition, new shares will similarly be issued without payment to the Company itself on the basis of treasury shares held by the Company.

 

After the share issue without payment, the total number of the Company's shares is 237,665,718, and the total number of treasury shares held by the Company is 22,911.

 

The new shares generate shareholder rights as of 30 March 2026. The share issue will be executed in the book-entry system and does not require any actions by the shareholders. The registration of the new shares on the shareholders' book-entry accounts, as well as initiation of public trading on Nasdaq Helsinki, are expected to occur on or around 31 March 2026.

 

The new shares issued in the share issue without payment do not entitle their holders to the dividend as decided by the Annual General Meeting of Konecranes Plc on 26 March 2026.

 

ISIN code (FI0009005870) and trading symbol (KCR) of Konecranes Plc's shares will remain unchanged after the share issue without payment.
