combined holding of HTT 2 Holding Oy Ab (ID 2301146-6), K. Hartwall Invest Oy Ab
(ID 2104476-6), Fyrklöver-Invest Oy Ab (ID 2104480-3) and Rönnäs Invest AG (CH
020.3.028.263.2) in Konecranes has exceeded 10 percent. All the shareholders
mentioned in the disclosure will in practice co-operate in matters concerning
their ownership in Konecranes Plc. HTT 2 Holding Oy Ab is a subsidiary of
Hartwall Capital Oy Ab.
