Konecranes at IMHX: Agilon warehouse automation and TBA Autostore WMS boost throughput, safety and end-to-end material flow
Konecranes will present its Agilon warehouse automation together with TBA WMS for the first time in the UK at IMHX from September 9-11, 2025. Visitors can explore a live Agilon system featuring the new Autoload Trolley, conveyor interface, a pick-to-light batch picking station and an AGV unit, seeing how these solutions streamline end-to-end material flows, reduce manual handling and enhance workplace safety.
The live demonstrations and customer experiences at stand E102 highlight how the integrated Agilon and TBA WMS solutions can increase throughput, reduce manual handling, improve workplace safety and provide scalable, end-to-end control of material flows across production, distribution and maintenance intralogistics.
"Customers need productive, efficient and safe warehouse operations. Agilon and TBA WMS deliver exactly that, providing streamlined material flows, reduced manual handling, scalable solutions with 24/7 service and measurable ROI to support future growth,” says Jonas Bergring, Head of Warehouse Automation Business, Konecranes.
About Agilon warehouse automation
Agilon warehouse automation is a modular automated storage and retrieval system. It enables the fast, safe and fully automated handling of materials, kits, sets, tools and equipment. At IMHX 2025, the system will be showcased with:
- Outfeed conveyor interface. Both outfeed and infeed interfaces are now available, enabling seamless connection with conveyors, AGVs, AMRs, and robotic cells for continuous material flows, buffering, and mixed palletising.
- Autoload Trolley, a flexible solution for inbound logistics, internal transfers, set deliveries and outbound flows. It can operate manually or integrate with AGVs and AMRs, providing scalable, cost-efficient automation support.
- Pick-to-light batch picking stations guide operators to faster and more accurate picking and kitting processes.
- An AGV unit, connected to the overall solution, that represents a cost-effective and modular way to automate material transport with minimal IT integration.
About TBA Autostore WMS
TBA Autostore WMS is a warehouse management system providing real-time visibility and process control across both automated and manual workflows. The system optimises inventory management, order accuracy, and material handling, ensuring traceability and higher throughput. Its scalable architecture supports both production and distribution environments, adapting to future growth.
Konecranes moves what matters. Its warehouse automation delivers safer, more productive and efficient operations through a number of ways, including automated, streamlined end-to-end material flow from inbound to outbound, and reduced manual material handling and intralogistics traffic. It also increases throughput and accuracy in warehouse and production operations, enabling scalable modular integration with future automation and robotics. Lastly, Konecranes warehouse automation lowers total handling costs and increases the efficient use of floor space.
